bastascuse is finest Italian design, engineering and craftsmanship; from box to buckles, nothing is left to chance. Including the pouch: made of technical fabric bonded with a padded effect, it's a lightweight, breathable, anti-shock case.
The handle is the core of the project, the piece most studied in every detail: choice of material, grip, interlocking and length of the string. Even the frog is exactly as it needs to be.
Patent
The handle is the most innovative element of our tool. Patented, it allows you to roll and unroll the rope, easily adapting bastascuse to your size and level of training. Rolling and unrolling you may also vary resistance instantly, within the same exercise with no need to interrupt your workout routine.
L-grip or T-grip?
Alternate two types of grip to get the most out of the super-handle: long-axis grip (L-grip) and short-axis, or transverse, grip (T-grip). Again, changing your grip is a snap, and in a flash you're ready for a different exercise.
Automotive Lanyard
We chose the guaranteed performances of automotive, an industry where material certification is among the most rigorous. The lanyard, produced and certified in Italy, guarantees high resistance to temperature changes and different weather conditions.
Dyneema® Loops
15 times stronger than steel, so light it floats on water. It's no coincidence that we chose Dyneema® for the loops, the strongest fiber in the world. Thin, precise. Suitable for heavy loads. Durable, reliable. Ready to follow you anywhere.
At the heart of bastascuse are five natural rubber tubular elastics, coming in a range of diameters and lengths. Two 10 mm diameter tubulars, identified by a red loop, offer higher resistance; two 8 mm tubulars, orange loop, offer medium resistance; and a single 8 mm elastic, shorter, with a yellow loop, is designed to be placed between the ankles for glutes, inner and outer thighs workout.
The stirrups
Handmade, they easily adjust to bare feet workout or fit most shoe sizes. The plastic buckle is highly resistant and rainproof.
Rings, to increase performance.
Double the tubular in the rings to double the resistance. Burnished metal offers maximum weather resistance.
